Fashion weeks are among us with New York Fashion Week just wrapping up and Paris right around the corner. Loving this moment in time with all street style looks emerging and couture fashions walking the runway. Inspiration fills the air with both new and classic designers, off-duty models, bloggers and everything in between catwalks, cities and shows.

Quick recap of my favorites from NYFW:

Ralph Lauren– mixed everything you need in a wardrobe from classic and structured to flowy and colorful with pops of sequins and it was perfection. Topped his models off with my favorite statement necklaces by DYLANLEX– adore.

Alice and Olivia‘s set was magical. Instead of having the models walk the runway, fashions were displayed as an exhibit, with models standing/sitting still in a mossy setting nothing short of a dreamy, whimsical scene.

Tommy Hilfiger created an entire carnival for his runway show-brilliant! And kudos to my girl Gigi on her very first design collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger. Always love for her!

Hellessy – keep your eyes on this new designer from NYC.  Silks plus big bell sleeves equals so much YES.

DKNY– shout out to Pat McGrath who is the ultimate lip queen, gothic glitter lips for all the models- LOVE!

Marchesa and Monique Lhuillier– to sum it up: tulle, texture, DETAILS, glitter, gold and glam! AHHH! Can’t get enough, equal love for both!

As a contributing writer for Midwest Fashion Week, I’ll be sharing three different street style looks from Generation Bliss!

Pretty much ANYTHING goes when it comes to street style fashion but the most important thing to remember is to always wear the fashions that make you feel comfortable. Comfort in this form leads to confidence and with confidence, you’ll stay true to yourself all while having fun!

I’ll be showcasing looks that can be worn as everyday attire whether for work or play. Combining hints of textures, structure, movement in fabrics, color, accessories and even a touch of sparkle. Hope you enjoy my looks and these new arrivals from Generation Bliss! Follow along on my journey but also, stay tuned for the most EXCITING news I’ll share with you in my next post!
